Loudoun SWCD enjoyed celebrating accomplishments achieved by many at the 2022 VASWCD Annual Meeting!

We are so proud of our Loudoun residents who chose to support conservation of our natural resources by participating in our programs. TWO of our participants won awards at our VASWCD Annual Meeting! We would like to extend a huge CONGRATULATIONS to Karla Evans of Creek Hill Farm in Loudoun and Bhavesh Bhagat! Bhavesh is the winner of the 2022 VCAP Community Partner Award, and Karla is the 2022 Grand Basin Winner of the Clean Water Farm Awards from the Potomac River Basin. We appreciate their conservation efforts!! 

CONGRATULATIONS also goes to the following Loudoun SWCD employees: Jay Frankenfield, recipient of the 15 Year Service Award; Suzanne Brown, recipient of the 35 Year Service Award, Chris Van Vlack, re-elected as Area 2 representative to the VACDE, and Jennifer Venable, Chaffin Employee of the Year Award.
